BBC Kids is a Video on Demand app that contains some of the finest kids' movie and series media entertainment. BBC Kids is designed to entertain, inspire, and inform children between the ages of 0 and 12. All content on the BBC Kids app is for general entertainment purposes only.


Do I need to pay for BBC Kids?

Yes, BBC Kids is a subscription service, offering access through 1-day, 1-week or 1-month packages.


How do I find content on BBC Kids?

Content can be accessed through the various carousels on the app, or by utilising the search function. Content is broadly separated into relevant material for two main categories: 0-6 year-olds and

7-12 year-olds.


What devices are supported with BBC Kids?

BBC Kids is available on Android and iOS connected devices (phone and tablets), on the MTN network. You require an MTN SIM card to be able to access the content. Please note that devices running older versions of operating systems may not be able to access the content.


How do I cancel a subscription to BBC Kids?

BBC Kids subscriptions are for either a 1-day, 1-week or 1-month period. When the current subscription expires, you will need to manually load a new subscription. Alternatively, you can cancel a subscription through the MTN Play portal.


On how many devices can I watch the content?

The content can only be watched on the device that is linked to the mobile number used to subscribe.


Am I able to pause a program I am watching, and continue watching from that same point in the future?

Yes, you can pause content being watched, and then resume watching from that point at a future date.
